At Freet Barefoot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your natural movement experience. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.

Ship the Package

Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
